Rain and cold wave grip Delhi NCR as IMD issues weather alert

The IMD has forecast that cold wave conditions may continue over the next few days. Night temperatures are expected to remain low, while daytime temperatures may also stay below seasonal averages. The rain brought some relief from dry weather but also caused waterlogging in a few low lying areas, leading to slower traffic movement. Office goers and school students faced delays due to reduced visibility and slippery roads.
